The Medical Exemption Review Committee a panel of Yale Health, Yale Medicine, and Yale New Haven Hospital medical experts will review requests for medical exemptions and the submitted medical documentation supporting the need for a medical exemption. The Personal Belief and Religious Exemption Committee will review requests for religious and strongly held personal belief exemptions.
Public Health Ambassadors may have a conversation with the individual seeking exemption in order to review vaccine information and the obligations of the health and safety program for unvaccinated individuals.
